Push/Pull System

• Type: Dual rigid‑chain push/pull system with synchronized drive
• Drive: Air motor and gear reducer
• Shuttle speed: Approx. 10 fpm (adjustable at start‑up per customer preference)
• Chain storage: Flows into shuttle base
• Die attachment: Powered end‑of‑chain grippers to mate with die‑mounted handles
• Die stops: Two pairs included (enough for two dies)

Die Guides

• Fixed barrier along press side of each shuttle station
• Guide bars on left and right sides of each station to retain die common plate

Shuttle Drive

• Air motor and gear reducer powering rigid‑chain push/pull system
• Shuttle travel speed: Approx. 15 fpm (adjustable at start‑up per customer preference)

Shuttle Location & Retention

• Factory‑set end stops for accurate alignment at press centerline
• Powered location lock pin engages socket at each transfer location to prevent deck drift

Press Access

• 46.5" bolster extensions swing open to allow 36" clear area between center bridge table and press bolster
• Allows personnel access for set‑up
• Requires GV landing blocks mounted to bolster/bed (by others)

Power & Control

• Power: Shop air at 80 psi and 100 scfm
• Control:
• Momentary directional control valves for shuttle, push/pull, gripper, and shuttle lock
• Controls located on pedestal enclosure near push/pull system on 8' tether or fixed to shuttle base

Feedback

• Push/pull fully retracted sensor enables table shuttling
• Lock pin engaged sensor enables push/pull
